From a redesigned website to a new mobile app and from a planogram booklet for store managers to helpful "SmartTips" for customers, the SmartStop brand was completely revamped to have a consistent visual system, portraying a friendly and approachable look.

The mobile app allowed customers to easily "tag" their belongings within their storage space using QR codes for easy tracking.

The planogram booklet provided instructions to store manager for hanging the new signage, along with helpful SmartTips they can share with customers.
