about me

Creative direction and design for beauty, lifestyle, and adjacent categories, from packaging and identity to retail and digital.

I've spent eighteen years designing brands at agencies and in-house teams. Drybar was home for a decade, where I led product packaging, seasonal kits, and the visual language that showed up from Sephora shelves to Emmys activations. Then Creative Director at Helen of Troy, leading design across Drybar, Hot Tools, and Revlon.
What I actually do:
• Build packaging systems that scale across extensions and markets.
Direct retail moments where brand meets customer.
• Oversee creative across mediums to unify brand under a single strategy.
• Lead teams that are inspired, organized, and produce high-quality work.
I care about how a product feels in the hand, whether the shelf story reads at ten feet, and whether the fifth product in a line still holds up. Those are the details that make prestige beauty prestige.
Currently taking select consulting and creative direction work. If you're a brand thinking about packaging, retail, or identity, I'd love to talk. Based in Southern California.
