For several months, I oversaw the creative teams within the Beauty Division at Helen of Troy, which included Drybar, Hot Tools, and Revlon. These are some of the Hot Tools designs developed under my direction. I joined at a time when collaboration between departments was strained, and helped rebuild stronger relationships and streamlined processes among key teams.
